First trailer for Green Book

Universal has unveiled the official trailer for the historical drama Green Book [GRNBK] starring Mahershala Ali [MALI] and Viggo Mortensen [VMORT] about a real-life friendship that crossed the racial divide of the 1962 Mason-Dixon line. Box Score: The Meg devours mega box office

The dog days of summer still had plenty of bite as The Meg [MEG] chomped down an estimated $44.5 million to top the weekend box office.  The audience was split 30% males over 25, 26% females over 25, 22% females under 25, and 21% males under 25.

Mission: Impossible - Fallout [MISS6] was dethroned to second at $20.0 milion.  The spy actioner has earned nearly $162.0 million.

Christopher Robin [WINPO] dropped 49% in its second weekend to $12.4 million, bringing its total to $50.0 million.

Box Score: Beating Christopher Robin was Mission: Impossible

Declining just 43% in its second weekend at the box office, Mission: Impossible - Fallout [MISS6] remained in first place with an estimated $35.0 million. The sixth film in the spy series has already banked $124.5 million.
