They have tested over 2,000 performers since March (5 months) and have not found an Aladdin.
The most recent screen tests did not go well.
They currently do not have a Jafar.
Production is now pushed back to August (next month) because, within the next month, they are going to find an Aladdin, have their Aladdin record his singing parts, choregraph and practice all the dance scenes, have read thrus and rehersals, and be ready to go into production sometime next month?
