Walt Disney was truly a great artist.
I was a kid when i saw this the first time in the theater. I was awestruck by it. The movie runs the audience through the complete gamut of human emotion. Right up to that ending. Magnificent.
It wasn't until i was much older that I learned of the trials and tribulations going on at Disney's studio while the film was being made. The film is a tremendous burst of joy when contrasted with the heartbreak Disney was going through at the time.
I wish this new film well. I hope Burton finds the magic for this one.
Everybody should have a friend like Timothy Q. Mouse.
