NominOptions allow traders to buy and sell the hottest Oscar contenders with these exclusive Hollywood Derivatives centered around the 81th Academy Awards. The leading contenders for nominations are being offered in the eight major award categories.
Twelve NominOptions will be issued in each of the eight major categories. Each NominOption is offered at H$5.00. The NominOptions will halt trading on Wednesday, January 21 at 9 p.m. EST, in preparation for the announcement of the Oscar nominations by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Thursday, January 22.
Each option of a nominated film or star will cash out at H$12.00, while those NominOptions which fail to secure a nomination will delist at H$0.00.
