Lionsgate has debuted the first trailer for the romantic comedy From Prada to Nada [FPTNA], a modern Latina adaptation of Jane Austen's "Sense and Sensibility". Camille Belle [CBELL] and Alexa Vega [AVEGA] star as two spoiled sisters who are left penniless after the sudden death of their father. They are forced to move in with an estranged aunt in East Los Angeles where they rediscover their heritage.
After finding success reaching African-American audiences with Tyler Perry films, Lionsagate now hopes to connect with Hispanic moviegoers.
