First trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron

Disney has released the official teaser for Marvel's sequel Avengers: Age of Ultron [AVNG2]  originally set to premiered next Tuesday.  Voiced by James Spader, the artificial intelligence Ultron created by Tony Stark goes amok and sets out to take over the planet.  Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk and the rest of the superheroes reassemble to save the world.  Directed once again by Joss Whedon [JWHED], Avengers: Age of Ultron smashes back into theaters on May 1st.

New trailer for The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death

Relativity has unveiled the domestic trailer for the horror sequel The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death [WMBL2] on Apple.Taking place 40 years later, a group of children are evacuated from London during World War II to stay at the Eel Marsh House where they awakened the evil spirits.  Jeremy Irvine [JIRVI] stars in the film set to open during the first weekend of the new year on January 2nd.

Box Score: Fury rolls into first place

Shelling out an estimated $23.5 million, the WWII tank actioner Fury [FURY] debuted atop the weekend box office.  The Brad Pitt starrer attracted an audience that was 60% male and 51% over the age of 35.

After two weeks in first, Gone Girl [GONEG] slipped a spot with another $17.8 million.  The marital thriller has banked $107.1 million.

Paramount has dropped the trailer for the comedy Top Five [FFMUS] starring Chris Rock [CROCK], who also wrote and directed the critical hit out of the Toronto Film Festival.  The title refers to how one would rank the greatest hip-hop artists of all times.

After several teasers, Sony Pictures Classics has released a full-length trailer for the drama Foxcatcher [FOXCT].   The real-life based film stars Steve Carell [SCARE] as eccentric multi-millionaire John du Pont who sponsored the U.S. Olympics men's wrestling program and formed a volatile relationship with Mark Schultz, played by Channing Tatum [CTATU]. Box Score: Gone Girl remains a step ahead

With word of mouth still spreading over its controversial ending, Gone Girl [GONEG] stayed in first place with an estimated $26.8 million.  The thriller slipped just 29% to advance its 10-day total to $78.3 million.

Dracula Untold [DRCYZ] opened in second place with $23.5 million.  The action fantasy brought out an audience that was 57% male and 61% over the age of 25.
