Magnolia has released the official trailer for the comedy Thelma [THELM] starring June Squibb [JSQUI] in her first leading role and Richard Roundtree in his final role. Squibb plays a 93-year-old grandmother who gets conned by a phone scammer pretending to be her grandson and sets out to get her money back. Fred Hechinger [FHECH], Parker Posey, and Clark Gregg co-star. Directed by Josh Margolin in his feature debut, Thelma opens in theaters on June 21st.

Ben Wang [BWANG] plays as the doctor as a youth in China caught up during the turmoil of the Cultural Revolution. Terry Chen plays the doctor as the adult who came to the United States to attend medical school and went on to develop a new technique that restored the vision of the blind.
