First trailer for Evil Dead

Sony has unleashed a red band trailer for the horror remake/reboot of Evil Dead [EVILD] which first premiered to enthusiastic response at the New York Comic-Con. Jane Levy [JLEVY], Jessica Lucas [JELUC], Lou Taylor Pucci [LTPUC] and Shiloh Fernandez [SFERN] star as twenty-something friends holed up in a remote cabin. When they discover a Book of the Dead, they unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival. Produced by Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell, Evil Dead arrives in theaters on April 12th.
