First trailer for 300: Rise of an Empire



After pushing back its release date from August to march, Warner Bros. has unveiled the trailer for the action sequel 300: Rise of an Empire [XERXE].  Lena Headey [LHEAD] returns as Spartan Queen Gorgo, while Rodrigo Santoro [RSANT] reprises his role as the Persian God-King Xerxes.  Eva Green [EGREE] stars as the warrior-queen Artemisia who joins his battle against the Greeks at Salamis.  Sullivan Stapleton stars as the Athenian commander Themistocles leading the Greek forces.  300: Rise of an Empire will open on March 7th, seven years after the original 300.
