After a brief snippet drew mixed reactions last week, we now have the complete first trailer for Green Lantern [GLANT] on Apple for us to judge. Warners Bros. has finally produced a superhero film from their DC Comics library that's not based on Superman or Batman. While Green Lantern may be aiming to be like Iron Man, the tone comes off more like The Fantastic Four. Ryan Reynolds [RREYN] stars as Hal Jordan, a test pilot who is chosen to become a member of the Green Lantern Corps, an intergalactic brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep order in the universe. Weilding the power of a ring, he becomes the superhero Green Lantern, with a CG suit that may prove to be his undoing with comic book fans.
