James Franco [JAFRA] will scale a mountain for Danny Boyle and Fox Searchlight. [ROCHP]

The thesp will star as mountaineer Aron Ralston in man-vs.-nature tale "127 Hours," Boyle's follow-up to "Slumdog Millionaire."
