Question about league cusomization?

I'm trying to set up my league's winners section in the league that I admin for. I assume that this is done by expanding the league messsage/statement area but I was wondering if there are any tools to customize this even slightly? I notice some customizing tools above the messages in the forum and wondered if there is something like that available for leagues.
Also, is it possible to clear the names of the players that have been rejected, declined, or been invited with no response. The scroll down can take away from the fun experience of running a league for the league admin.
The league experience is one of my favorite aspects of the game and I'm just trying to see if I can make it even better. Thanks for your time.
