After spending some time with this thing, the things I am finding most frustrating are the lag time between placing a trade and it showing

up in your port.  It makes the process re-shorting or making multiple trades (particularly for a smaller port) extremely tedious.  You don't know when trades will go through and so you have to sit there waiting and hope you don't wait for too short a period.  Also, auto-maxing for quantity would be very helpful.  There are several other minor annoyances that I think I will adjust to, but these 2 are really a pain.
