Description
Paul Thomas Anderson will direct The Master about a man who starts a faith-based organization in the 1950s. Philip Seymour Hoffman stars as a L.Ron Hubbard-like figure who leads the group. A young drifter is recruited to be the lieutenant, but he begins to question the cult and its leader. The film will explore man’s need to believe in a higher power.
