First trailer for Safe House

Universal has released the first trailer for the action thriller Safe House [SAFEH] on Apple.   Denzel Washington [DWASH] stars as an ex-CIA operative who turns himself in after a decade on the run.  Ryan Reynolds [RREYN] plays a new agent who escapes with him when their safe house in South Africa is attacked during interrogation.  The two must band together in order to stay alive long and find out who wants them dead.  Directed by Daniel Espinosa, the film could easily be mistaken for a typical Tony Scott actioner like Man on Fire.  However, Washington looks to display a more ruthless, dark edge not seen since his Oscar-winning performance in Training Day.
