So What? That is an issue for the sight management, not individual players.
If there are players breaking any kind of rules then they should be reported to the HSX sight management if you feel that infraction should be reported. Not call them out on what is "thought to be" an infraction. This is not your battle to fight regardless of the known bad blood between you and Roto. So report it if you feel it is reportable, but there is no need to air dirty laundry in the forums.
