I just can't seem to figure out which stocks to hold long. It goes against logic to short a stock with a release date, especially when it seems like their is the potential for growth. You hold only 66 stocks long, how did you determine which ones to hold long?

I have had good results holding nearly all development stocks short but also holding the majority of stocks with a release date long. My growth is only half of yours, so I'm tempted to use the nuclear option and hold nearly everything short. I just can't decide how to determine which ones to hold long.
