It always was going to have a limited audience because you had to watch the previous 7 movies to see it. It was not by any means a stand
alone film. So it figures to make in the ballpark of the previous film, but was likely to be super-frontloaded because the fans were so excited to see it. It's only hope for a larger box office than past films (which I think it will get to some degree) is repeat viewings. It's not likely to pick up new fans at this point.
