DL: Paramount and New Regency formalize deal to partner on [NOAH]

This seems like it was rumored back in June, but has been formalized now. In addition, John Logan, who wrote Gladiator, will be re-writing the script, and Darren Aronofsky is confirmed to direct. According to DL, the project is going to be fast tracked and they hope to get into production by next Spring.
