It has great buzz and viral marketing. WHARR is really liked for some reason, I don't get it, but he is. Also, solid revues across the country and no real competition. From what I understand the violence is toned down for a zombie flick.
Again, I am concerned about the R-rating, but we have seen R-rated comedies do very well in the past.
