He had many accounts and HSX had already dealt with him before this

A common mistake multiporters make is to use both ports to post on the boards (sometimes in the same thread and sometimes they even forget which port doing the talking).

bkohn01 was found to have multis in the past and HSX dealt with him (by unranking the multis):
