That's an opinion and not remotely close to the truth. Radius spends up to 10mil on thir theatrical releases {nm} on Jan 23, 09:24
it clearly not reflect on their US box office. ie. Radius' "Bachelorette" VOD result is similar to "Margin Call", but.... on Jan 23, 09:37
Margin call and arbitrage were four walled to get that box office so they made no money. Radius is getting the same performance or better on Jan 23, 10:10
Box office is not the only Indication of how well a title performs {nm} on Jan 23, 09:26
It's going to get a lot more eyes on it than if avi self released it {nm} on Jan 23, 09:30

Why do you say that? Bachelorette grossed more than $7m on VOD. Did any film other than Arbitrage do that much last year? {nm} on Jan 23, 09:46
still, "Bachelorette" flopped badly at box office. In 2012, a lot of simultaneous VOD titles grossed higher than "Bachelorette" at BO {nm} on Jan 23, 09:58
You're just spreading misinformation now. Radius has much better placement on vod, digital, and retail then IFC or magnolia {nm} on Jan 23, 10:08
I'm hard pressed to find a more profitable title than bachelorette with this model. Marley might be. {nm} on Jan 23, 10:21
