That we were always meant to get off this planet when we were done with it and find another one. I bet there's probably an example of an animal/creature in real-life that does that. Plus, to find another planet, we have to go through black holes, worm holes, or whatever. Although, the trailer doesn't specify how the heck we learned how to do that - and learned how to survive the trip.
