"Opportunity Cost of the Release Date" - No - impairment charge d/t Penguins and Peabody
Here's their Q4/14 quarterly earnings rpt - you can see nothing underperformed en venue. They took the breaks where they could (I mean, c'mon - who thinks Peabody or the Croods failed?) to impact their net effective Tax, and they had a huge single shareholder payout because they are wisely restructuring - you know what, I'm not gonna provide an analysis of their year. They did a good job with accounting and made some fantastic strategic moves.
They didn't lose any money on Penguins, although they didn't make as much as they would have liked.
