The original TOT theme may remain at Disney World in Florida, depending on the exact contract language between Universal and Marvel.
Universal owns the theme-park rights to most Marvel characters in FL, and all characters associated with said characters. For example, they have the rights to Iron Man explicitly, but they also have the rights to War Machine, Mandarin etc as being commonly associated with Iron Man.
When the GOTG appear with Iron Man, Hulk, Thor etc in Avengers 3 do they get added to that list? If Disney rushes the conversion in Florida, are they then grandfathered in? Would it be ok now, but have to be changed back on Avengers 3 is released? Only someone with legal knowledge and actual access to the contract would know for sure.
