Sources tell Variety that Schwarzenegger is circling two pics, Lionsgate's actioner "Last Stand" -- for which he's received an offer -- and Summit's "The Tomb."
Insiders say Schwarzenegger has had several meetings over the past couple weeks with Fuqua and Summit execs, and both sides have shown mutual interest in working together.
Though Schwarzenegger has interest in doing both films, each presents its own hurdles.
there may be a scheduling conflict with "The Tomb," as Fuqua is gearing up to direct a Tupac Shakur biopic for Morgan Creek and Universal that's scheduled to shoot this summer. If Fuqua were to also shoot "Tupac" this summer, "The Tomb" would need a later start date, which may spur Schwarzenegger to consider other projects.
