Looks good....let's use the word "potential" ....as to the dates...
What I suggest to those who may put the date backwards, allways use the 3 letters (IE Jan 25)
I have clients who will say "the first of the 25th" which does not compute (first month of the 25th day???) ....and gets bad when they say "the 2nd of the 5th" meaning Feb 5th.
