Any idea why headlines sometimes appear twice on the Deadline ticker (and thus push out other headlines)? Is the problem on Deadline's end? {nm}

Any change, including small ones to the same article, will cause the same article to be crawled again, thus causing the article to appear on Aug 29, 04:14
