After the success of the X-Men and Spider-Man, comic book's are now Hollywood's top source for new material. COMIC aims to profit from this pattern by investing in all movies originating from comic books and graphic novels.
COMIC will hold at least one share of every comic-related stock and will seek steady growth and long term income for its investors.
The fund will delist when it surpasses H$100.
Fund Manager Bios:
Dave Olbrich has been an active trader on-and-off for yearsand owns a portfolio worth over H$100 million. Olbrich was the founding publisher of Malibu Comics, which originally published the Men In Black comics as well as Spawn, Robotech: Sentinels, Prime and other Ultraverse titles including Night Man.
Dave has worked as a fan magazine editor, a comic warehouse customer service representative, and an agent for comic book writers and artists. He was also the founding organizer and administrator of the Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards, the "Oscars" of the comic book business.
He is currently a producing partner of graphic non-fiction at comic packaging company THE PACK as well as an associate with Content House, a entertainment management company specializing in bringing literary and comic book properties to the screen.
