Born in Vancouver, Pope graduated from Lord Byng High School in Canada in 1998. Upon graduation, she moved to Hollywood to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. She made her first American television appearance in 1998's I’ve Been Waiting For You and, two years later, Pope score a lead in the WB T.V. series Popular. She has also starred in The Glass House and Finder’s Fee.
