Description
Based on the best selling novel by Elizabeth Kostova, The Historian chronicles the search for the legendary Dracula. Three storylines run parallel in 1930, 1950, and 1972. The main storyline is about a young woman searching for her father who disappeared decades earlier while searching for the tomb of Vlad the Impaler, the 15th century prince who became Dracula. She encounters bloodsuckers and other creatures that try to stop her mission. David Magee (Finding Neverland) adapts the script.
