Cillian Murphy became a compelling name stateside with his striking looks and acting style. Murphy has garnered critical acclaim for his role in the drama Breakfast on Pluto where he plays a transvestite cabaret singer in 1960s London. He is looking to nab his first Best Actor nomination.
NominOptions allow traders to buy and sell the hottest Oscar contenders with these exclusive Hollywood Derivatives centered around the 78th Academy Awards. The leading contenders for nominations are being offered in the eight major award categories.
Fifteen NominOptions will be issued in each of the eight major categories. Each NominOption is offered at H$5.00. The NominOptions will halt trading on Monday, January 30 at 9 p.m. EST, in preparation for the announcement of the Oscar nominations by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Tuesday, January 31.
Each option of a nominated film or star will cash out at H$15.00, while those NominOptions which fail to secure a nomination will delist at H$0.00.
