TV Warrant
The price of the TV Warrant is based on the Nielsen Household ratings for each of the four premiere Shark Week episodes. Nielsen Ratings from Sharks 3-D (U.S. premiere), Giants: Sharks (world premiere), Great White Down Under (world premiere), and Jurassic Shark (North American premiere) will figure into the final price of this TV Warrant. Last year’s Shark Week earned ratings of 1.61, 1.60, and 2.08.
Each household rating point represents an estimated 994,000 homes, or one percent of U.S. TV households. 100,000 Households = H$1. A H$20 IPO means that approximately 2,000,000 Households will view the Shark Week Premiere Shows.
This warrant will cash out based on the number of households that watch each of the four premiere episodes. Nielsen ratings from each show will be added together and then the total households will be calculated for all three nights.
