It pays to practice! Cantor Exchange will let you trade Futures Contracts in upcoming film releases using real dollars.
Start tuning your skills now by trading our CX Derivatives with your H$. The virtual profits you make here will prepare you to make real profits when CX launches!
The value of each CX Derivative reflects how much money Traders think the film will make at the box office with each $1 million earned domestically equal to H$1. They are traded just like MovieStocks, except a CX Derivative will NOT halt trading on its opening date in wide release or adjust in price based on estimated weekend box office. CX Derivatives will be cashed out and removed from the Exchange four weeks after they have been in wide release, or twelve weeks of limited release.
Screen Gems will remake the 1981 horror film The Stepfather. Dylan Walsh plays a man marries and has a son in hopes of producing the perfect family. When they fail to live up to his expectation, he disposes of them and moves on to build a better one. The original film was unfortunately based on a true story.
