I get that trades don't pay attention to religious movies, but the existence of this movie was out there and we have all kinds of obscure $2 movies and the like some of which end up not reporting, and some of which get added very late despite not even being wide releases.
There was a similar issue with the anti-Obama documentary as I recall. Especially if it's a major wide release, it ought to be on the exchange IMO.
One could argue that it might expose HSX to favoritism, e.g. a few dozen religious types signing up to "vote" for such a movie and drive up the price. But then the short sellers might come in, eventually, if it was unreasonable. Also, we have shilling (effectively) present now with certain movies and certain actors. The Secret Sauce can go haywire with as few as 20-40 people bouncing a stock up by 25% or the like for no reason.
