Has anyone gone to the Los Feliz 3 that Net Tricks gave the Cinamatheque to haunt? How depressing is it?

I continue to assume that The Egyptian will never be the same again; that the vibe in there will be gone forever. I heard it's supposed to "reopen" some time in 2022, I assume that will be to show Net Trix stuff, which is a hoot because why would people who watch Net Tricks want to go to a theater? You can just see it on your computer. 

I sort of dread the idea of The Cinematheque ever opening back up. I fear it will have that re-done, Nettrix smell to it (smells like the death of the movies?). I'm not sure i could even drag myself to see one of those great series if they play those anymore, I just think it would be sickening to go back there lol. 

I guess The Cinematheque killed off events like the Film Noir Festival that I attended for 15-20 years, one of my favorite things in the whole world. I'm thinking about going up to San Fran the next time they do a Film Noir Fest up there. Maybe start a new tradition or something. 

But has anyone gone to this Los Feliz Three? What is this place? I'd prefer to NOT give Net Trix a dime, so I'm not really planning on going there, but I am curious at least. Is it a good time? Are people enjoying it there? Are they showing anything decent in there? Are the regulars, both employees and guests, from The Egyptian there? 

Any decent report out on this place would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
