Description

A few movies have been made of the Robert Louis Stevenson classic novel Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, but none were accurately based from the original text. This latest incarnation will be a more faithful adaptation of the novel about a good doctor who was working on experiments when one goes wrong and unleashes the dark side of his soul transforming him into the evil Mr. Hyde. David Mamet will direct from his own script. Jude Law and Penelope Cruz will star. Director Harold Becker and Al Pacino were previously attached.
