The Holiday Warrants give each trader an opportunity to invest in the long term financial success of the biggest and best offerings each studio has to offer for the 2000 Holiday Season. Each Holiday Warrant functions the same as a call option would. The strike price is the estimated total domestic box office take by President's Weekend, February 19th, 2001.
If the particular film makes the strike price by February 19th, the Warrant will cash out at the difference between the Actual Box Office and the strike price. If the film does not make at least the strike price then the Warrant will cash out at zero.
Family Man has a H$55 strike price. If Family Man makes $80 million domestically then the Family Man Warrant will cash out at H$25 per share. (Box Office - Strike Price [$80-$55]). If Family Man makes less than $55 million then the Warrant will cash out at H$0.
The Warrants will halt trading on February 16th and will cash out on February 20th, 2001.
