Currently serving his second term as the California governor, Gray Davis has recently been engulfed in a firestorm of bad buzz in the wake of the fiscal and energy crises facing the Golden State. Primarily led and financed by Republican congressman Darrell Issa, the political movement to recall Davis from office collected well over a million signatures from voters -- easily enough to force a recall election this fall.
The cash out price will be based on the percentage of voters who wants to recall California Governor Gray Davis. For example, if 50.50% of voters elect to recall Governor Davis, the Recall Warrant will cash out at H$50.50. The Recall Warrant will halt trading on Election Day, Tuesday, October 7 at 12p.m. EST.
