Description
Directed by Christopher Quinn, the documentary God Grew Tired of Us tells the story of three Sudanese boys who in 1983 fled a Muslim army seeking to exterminate the young Christians. The boys became part of a group known as the Lost Boys who traveled barefoot for 1,000 miles before finding a U.N. refuge. The boys eventually started a new life in the U.S. while keeping the values from their experiences. Nicole Kidman narrates the film executive produced by Brad Pitt.
