Description

Javier Bardem plays a quadriplegic in the fact-based drama The Sea Inside. Ramon Sampedro, a Spaniard paralyzed from the neck down, fought a 30-year battle in favor of Euthanasia and his own right to die. Throughout his experiences, Sampedro is influenced by two women: his lawyer and a neighbor. Alejandro Amenabar directed the film from a script he co-wrote with Mateo Gil.
