Welcome to the new HSX!
HSX.com has been thoroughly redesigned both on the front-end with a new user interface as well as behind the scenes with a new database and technological infrastructure. We hope to provide you with a better trading experience with this more versatile and stable platform. In addition to increasing performance and reliability, here are some of the improvements over the previous version:
Holdings – the site now identifies whether and how you hold a particular stock on each security page as well as on any security listings. A + briefcase reflects a long position, while a - briefcase reflects a short position.
Trade History – You can now search your portfolio history by ticker symbol. Find exactly what you are looking for without any wait for load time.
Forums – You can now tagged related ticker symbols within your post so that they appear directly on their respective security page. This way, you can identify when a particular security had recent news.
Search – Expanded to include Market Events, Forums and HSX Blog. Now you can find the latest news and related events for any particular security.
Weekend Box Office – the complete list of actual weekend box office is now on display, going as far back as we have data. Soon, this will also be searchable.
Lists – MovieStocks are broken down by Opening This Week, In Theaters, Future Release Schedule, Recent IPOs… to help you easily identify the right investments.
