According to a 2014 report (http://womenintvfilm.sdsu.edu/files/2014_Celluloid_Ceiling_Report.pdf):
"In 2014, women comprised 17% of all directors, writers, producers, executive producers, editors, and cinematographers working on the top 250 (domestic) grossing films."
The same report notes that "in 2014, 93% of films had no female directors"...
How about a fund that includes moviestocks with female directors or some other criteria in which the film includes a significant contribution by women? It might also include starbonds of female directors.
I am not knowledgeable enough about the industry to manage such a fund, but surely someone here is able to do so.
