HGAME Theatre Report

Midnight showing in St. Catharines, ON (pop 132k)

Playing on 4 screens.  Most likely all sold out.  My theatre was right to the front row.

Trailers;  Wrath of Titans ( no response) Dark Shadows (lots of laffs) Abe Lincoln Vampire Hunter (lots of laffs) Cabin in the Woods (no response)

Snacks: popcorn and water for me.  popcorn, Coke, and Snickers for my son

The movie:  I loved the book and loved the movie.  So glad they didn't ruin it.  It went by so quickly, I couldn't believe it was ending.  Fastest 2:22 I've ever experienced but as I said, I'm a fan.  The most amazing part of the night for me was just how rapt the audience was.  Considering the demographic, I can't believe I didn't see the glow of a cell phone all night or hear any talking.  It was remarkable.  

Gotta be up in 4 hours for work. Good night!
