The third feature film produced by the Warner Bros. Animation division, Osmosis Jones follows the title character, a white blood cell voiced by Chris Rock, who must team up with a cold pill to fight off an evil virus. The cold pill, dubbed Drix and voiced by David Hyde Pierce, is a by-the-book sort who has issues with Osmosis' loose cannon approach to fighting viruses. As the virus wages war on "The City of Frank" -- the body of Bill Murray -- Osmosis and Drix must put aside their difference to conquer the enemy.
The animated portions of Osmosis Jones is directed by Tom Sito and Piet Kroon, while the live-action portions are filmed by Bobby and Peter Farrelly.
