Overall is was a great year and gives me a good start to pay down my credit card debt. I may paint this inside of the house. Looking for color schemes like cream wall, wood color trip. The other option is replace the trim.
Hope your year was at least as good as mine feels. I'm saying my year was a good decade for most. That's a vacation every 2 years and only a slight increase in debt and a solid positive start for the next decade.
The main downside was my inability to send entertaining emails without knocking off someone else. There was a time though where I would have been a stranger, and TMI is TMI.
