... I believe he's looking for a substantial budget for the feature to realise his vision. So the producers will be looking for tax breaks, equity funding, presales, etc to fund it. Perhaps a little bit of Kickstarter, but it's getting harder and harder to get significant funding for Kickstart films projects because basically EVERYONE is doing it.
