MTC, RS and permitted trackings are derived from statistical surveys, while others are really just somebody's guesses.
Tagging those personal predictions can be intrepreted as trying to influence that security based on someone's opinion. While MTC and RS are not infallible, they are based on impartial statistics.
That's why tagging and its influence on a security should be limited to current news. Everyone's got an opinion. If every opinion and non-essential items get tagged, the real news gets lost in the clutter.
