Well...remember you have to give HSX a CHANCE to reply...be sure as mentioned, that you
tell them what Browser you are using and what version of Windows (or if something else) They can't fix your problem, unless they have this information...and it's been MY experience that they are responsive to these types of issues, IF they have your information...
Try that and see if it helps...if NOT, then send an email to support@hsx.com and see if they can resolve it as well....
Patience may be the key, though...they have a gillion things they work on, and it's hard to stop everything and fix only 'your' issue....

Moving the buy button might have been part of the fix I needed...it was buying for me even when I tried shorting and covering. Oct 08, 10:43
