Leagues request - can people please be allowed to move in and out of a league?

In my league I get people to leave if they don't trade for a few months, but if they trade actively again I want to be able to invite them back.

Perhaps you could add this to the list of league-related issues to solve if anyone ever gets a chance to look at them.
